I have been with company for just over a month and so far they have full filled everything they advertised and what I was promised by a recruiter. When taking home time I was asked how long that I would like to be home before going back out again and with the apps they use it most certainly has simplified my job way more than at other companies that I have worked for in the past. I have driving for 6 years is this place perfect, no it’s not, but so far has been the best place I have worked to date.

My story at T&T didn’t begin at T&T. I applied and got a call back, but I didn’t take the call. I saved the voicemail for some strange reason. I already had applied and been accepted at a southeast regional trucking company. My second day in orientation, I was terminated/ let go for reasons they wouldn’t specify to me. Thankfully for me, I saved that voicemail. I made that call en route back home. I spoke to a wonderful recruiter on the phone. She took my information and got me processed and set up for orientation in Phoenix. I never thought that moment would have brought me here. Since then, I’ve been a flatbed solo driver, flatbed driver trainer, curtainside driver trainer, lease operator/ trainer and owner operator trainer. Now I working in orientation as a trainer foundations instructor. Never did I think that day would bring me to a company who was so into driver success. I’m truly glad the first company fired me. That moment set me on a path of true success here at Trip And Transport. So unless they fire me for sharing humor(lol), I plan to ride until the wheels fall off.

I’m a new driver. The pay is ok for company drivers. They won’t allow me to lease purchase until I have 6 months under my belt. I feel like I’m wasting time waiting. I’ll change my review when they let me have my own truck.
